I love how everyone here is so helpful and willing to teach. I have grown in my ways of thinking and my body of knowledge.
What I wish was different
Nothing, so far everything has gone perfectly smooth.
Advice
Go for the job even if you feel that you are not the most qualified for it. More often than not you will meet amazing people who are willing to teach and coach you through it

What I liked
I liked the people and environment. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The first couple months I was remote but was able to have a month or so to come on site to perform experiments. At my time on campus I was able to see how the site works and I really liked the environment.
What I wish was different
More coops offered in the spring. However, it is understandable that there aren't many lab coops offered in the spring due to COVID.
Advice
Be very open minded in trying new things as you will be introduced to a lot of new experiences.
